Shipping & Delivery Policy
Same‑Day Delivery Cut‑Off Times
Order before 9am for same‑day business
delivery. Order before 12pm for same‑day residential delivery
across Auckland.
Orders placed after 12pm must be
scheduled for the next day. If you urgently need flowers delivered after 12pm,contact us — we can sometimes arrange a late delivery through Deadline Couriers
(non‑standard rates apply).
Delivery Days
We deliver Monday–Saturday.
Delivery Window
All deliveries are made between 9am–7pm.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to courier route structures.
Delivery Areas & Pricing
$10 Delivery — Postcode 1072 (Local Zone)
Stonefields, St Johns, Glen Innes, Meadowbank,
Panmure, Point England, Wai O Taiki Bay. If you miss the 12pm cut‑off, I can
often still help — call 021 234 7844.
$14 Delivery — Postcode 1071
Kohimarama, Mission Bay, Orakei, Glendowie, St
Heliers. If you miss the 12pm cut‑off, I can often help — call 021 234 7844.
$18 Delivery — Other Auckland Suburbs
All other Auckland suburbs outside 1071 and 1072 fall under our $18 delivery rate. This includes East Auckland,
Central Auckland, North Shore, South Auckland, and selected West Auckland
suburbs.
Rural Delivery (RD)
Rural Delivery is not included in standard
shipping rates. If you need flowers delivered to an RD address, please call Mel directly — RD pricing varies, and we’ll organise the best option for you.
Courier Method
We use Premier Floral Couriers, a
specialised same‑day floral delivery service.
Courier Process
Premier Floral Couriers run two delivery
cycles daily:
Morning Run: Pick‑ups
9am–11am → sorted at depot → delivered by area
Afternoon Run: Pick‑ups
12pm–2pm → sorted at depot → delivered by area
Because couriers deliver by area route,
not point‑to‑point, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Business Deliveries
Business deliveries can be guaranteed
if they go on the morning run. To qualify, orders must be placed before 9am, or ideally the day before, due to reception hours, early closures, and strict delivery windows.
Business addresses cannot be guaranteed for same‑day delivery if placed after 9am.
Home Deliveries
Home deliveries are straightforward and fit well within courier routes. However, due to the increasing number of gated
properties, a contact telephone number is required so couriers can gain
access if the recipient is not home. This helps prevent additional delivery
fees for re‑delivery.
Hospital Deliveries
Hospital deliveries require extra care. Pleaseconfirm the patient is currently admitted before placing your order. If
your flowers need to be re‑routed because the patient has been
discharged or moved, additional courier fees may apply.
Pick‑Ups
Pick‑ups are available from St Johns,
Auckland. You will receive a confirmation email with the pick‑up address
and time.
Order Notifications
You will receive a “Your order is made up
and on route” notification once your flowers have been created and are
heading out for delivery or ready for pick‑up.
Floral couriers do not provide tracking
numbers, but they do provide confirmation of delivery. If you would like a copy of the delivery confirmation, please email melsflowertruck@gmail.com
and I will send this through.
